Periodically, Field personnel sync the handheld with a
PC, and then it makes a connection to our servers. The
completed Patient Care Report data is uploaded to the
server from the handhelds and download any required
software updates. In this way, changes to protocols or
any added requirements can be distributed to the field
automatically. Once the Reports are on the server they
are ready to be reviewed, QA, and/or processed. We
acknowledge that every department has special requests,
and we can respond by not only giving each department a
custom build of the handheld, but also a customized
web-based interface. This allows each department to
process their charts electronically without compromise.

security. You assign rolls to your staff and decide what
access each roll has, therefore your personnel will only

regulations you will be able to track who saw what and
